Brigham Young University women’s head coach is Jeff Judkins. Jeff Judkins is in his fourth year as head coach after serving one year as the Director of Basketball Operations at BYU. He was also the scheduling coordinator. He has been involved in coaching for 16 years. Judkins helped lead the Utes to one conference championship and two berths in the NCAA tournament. He was a second team academic all American and three time District VII academic selection. He also gained the three first team All-WAC honors and was a member of the 1977 United States World Games team that captured the gold medal. 
 
Alli Bills is assistant coach. Bills was the team co captain two straight years and had the only triple double ever recorded in University of Utah's women's basketball history Bills led the team in steals every year she played and is number 2 all time steal leader at the University of Utah.
 
Dave Rose is head coach of Men’s Basketball team. Rose is the team’s defensive coordinator and worked with the post players. He possesses a complete knowledge of the game and worked hard in developing the team's defensive game plans. He coach defensive skill development and implemented the defensive game plan. Rose is the team’s defensive coordinator and worked with the post players. He possesses a complete knowledge of the game and worked hard in developing the team's defensive game plans.
 
John Wardenburg, Walter Roese, and Dave Rice are the assistant coach of the men’s basketball. Dave Rice joined the BYU coaching staff in May 2005. Rice has 14 years of coaching experience, including 12 seasons at the Division I level at UNLV and Utah State.
